Prime Beach Plot for Joint Venture in Saadani National Park

Located in the centre of the historic triangle of Bagamoyo, Pangani and Zanzibar, Saadani National Park covers 1100km square. It is the only wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania bordering the sea. The climate is coastal, hot and humid. From the National Park Gate its a 15km drive to Saadani Village and the beach where our plot is located and is near an airstrip. Our prime beach plot is in the Sadaani National Park and has a beach span of 340 meters and length of 400 meters totaling 136 acres. It offers a unique combination of both marine and mainland flora and fauna in a culturally fascinating setting.
