The house is situated approximately 30 km East of Arusha and 20 km from Kilimanjaro Airport on Dolly Estate that is about 3km off the main Arusha to Moshi road.

Three phase electricity is supplied from the mains TANESCO with a stand- by 3 phase 10 Kva diesel generator.
